Greeters
Mission
“Be kindly, affectionate one to another with brotherly love, in honor preferring one another.” Romans 12:10.
As greeters, we are to exhibit Christian friendliness, love for God and love for His people. To take pride in our ministry and to be equipped to welcome people as they are, displaying a level of equality, as well as human kindness to all members and visitors who enter the church doors.
The greeters of Nazarene Missionary Baptist Church are responsible for ensuring that every member and visitor feels welcome as they enter the House of the Lord with:
- A friendly smile
- A loving handshake
- A warm welcome
Greeters are scheduled for: Sunday services at 8 a.m. and 11 a.m., special services, evening programs, and special events upon request. Greeters Ministry meets the Third Thursday of every month at 6:15 p.m. in room 111.

Mission
To serve as “Ambassadors of Kindness”
Our ushers serve others by exhibiting the “Fruit of the Spirit;” Love, Joy, Peace, Patience, Kindness, Goodness, Faithfulness, Gentleness and Self Control. We concentrate on the people, the service, and ourselves as we represent Christ for the church.
